DLK1系列干式多片电磁离合器

一 、主要用途 ：

干式多片电磁离合器、制动器，为磁通不过片式，动作灵敏可靠，摩擦片磨损后易调整，空载力矩小。 主要用于搬运、轧钢，半自动车床，数控机床，纺织等机械传动系统中，实现离合、换向、变速、制动、定位等功能。

二 、干式多片电磁离合(制动)器在下列条件下能可靠工作

1. 海拔高度不超过2000m;

2. 周围空气温度为-5℃~+40℃;

3. 周围介质中无爆炸危险且无足以腐蚀金属和破坏绝缘的气体及导电尘埃；

4. 离合器、制动器线圈的供电电压波动不超过+5%和-15%的额定电压；

5. 摩擦片应清洁无油污。

三 、安 装

1. 安装前检查摩擦片不应有油污及杂物。

2. 安装时应轴向固定，如分轴安装应保持同轴度为9级。

3. 摩擦片磨损后，应调整气隙δ。

方法是：松开调整母上的螺钉，转动调整母，在通电的状态下，使8达到表中规定值，然后再拧紧螺钉。

一 、Main   Use

Electromagnetic multidisc clutches(brakes),with no flux traversed disc,actuation agily and reliable,easily adjusted afer  friction Discs wear,with a slight drag torque.It is mainly used in the machinery driving system of removing,steel rolling,half- auto lathe,Nc.machine tool,textile industries,realize the engaging and disengaging,exchange,reversing braking and position- ing ect.

二 、It can be operated reliably in following conditions

1.The elevation atitude doesn't exceed 2000m.

2.Ambient envirmental temperature is between-5℃ to+40℃.

3.Around the medium,there is no gas and conductive dust that has nonbursting danger and can't corode metal and demage the insulator.

4.The voltage fluctuation of the clutch(brake)coil can't exceed+5 present to-15 present of the rated voltage.

5.Friction lining should be cleaned ,and have no oil dust.

三、Installation

1.Before installation,inspect friction discs.And ensure that there have no oil dust and others inside.

2.Axial direction should be fixed when mounted,if mounted axle one by one,the coaxial degree should be up to 9 grades.

3.The airgap should be adjusted ifthe fiction discs wear-out,do as follows:Under seting up an electric circuit,Joose the screw,tum the adjusting nut,make the value ofup to the regulation value in the form,and then retwist the screw.
