DLM9系列湿式多片电磁离合器

一 、主要用途 ：

湿式多片电磁离合器，分为有滑环和无滑环式，需在有润滑的条件下工作，摩擦片磨损小，使用寿命长。 径向尺寸小、力矩大、可广泛用于机床、轧钢、冶金采矿、金属压延、搬运、船舶渔业等设备的机械传动系 统中，起到离合、换向、变速等作用。

二 、湿式多片电磁离合器在下列条件下能可靠工作：

1. 海拔高度不超过2000m;

2. 周围空气温度为-5℃~+40℃;

3. 周围介质中无爆炸危险且无足以腐蚀金属和破坏绝缘的气体及导电尘埃；

4. 离合器线圈的供电电压波动不超过+5%和-15%的额定电压。

5. 摩擦片间需要有油润滑。

三 、安 装

1. 离合器安装前应清洗干净；

2. 安装时应轴向固定，如分轴安装应保持同轴度为9级；

3. 离合器工作时应向摩擦片供油。在高速运转和高频工作时，应采取轴心供油法，供油量见表；

4. 离合器润滑油应清洁，否则会影响其使用可靠性。

一 、Main   Use

Electromagnetic multidisc clutches for wet operation with slipring or non-slipring,worked at the lubricated condition, having fatures of little wear in friction lining,long in service life,small in radial dimensions,large in torgue.the can be widely used in the machinery driving systems of the equipments of machine tools,steel rooling,metallurgy,mining,metal pressuring and exteding,removing,boats and ships and fishery elc.and realize the function of engaging and disengaging,reversing and changing speeds etc.

二 、It can be operated reliably in following conditions

1.The elevation atitude doesn't exceed 2000m.

2.Ambient envirmental temperature is between-5℃ to+40℃.

3.Around the medium,there is no gas and conductive dust that has nonbursting danger and can't corrode metal and demage the insulator.

4.The voltage fluctuation of the clutch coil can't exceed+5 present to-15 present of the rated voltage.

5.Lubrication is needed between friction lining.

三、Installation

1.The clutch must be washed clean before installation.

2.Axial direction should be fixed when mounted,if mounted axle one by one,the coaxial de-gree should be up to 9 grades.

3.While the clutch is working,the oil must be supplied to the friction discs.Under the high speed revolution and high frequency operation,the method of axle center supplying oil should be adopted.The capacity of oil,please see the figure.

4.The lubricating oil of the clutch must be cleaned or it will affect the operation reliability.
